Texas Rangers pitcher Eric Hurley notched his first big league win Sunday during a solid performance against the Philadelphia Phillies.

Hurley allowed three doubles, two singles and two walks, but the Phillies could push just one run across against him. That came in the sixth, and Hurley was immediately removed after surrendering the run. Of his 105 pitches 63 were strikes.

Though four starts this season Hurley is 1-1 with a 3.57 ERA.
