Ziegler extends scoreless streak to 37

Ziegler who had already set a mark for most scoreless innings to start a career added to more to his stat line on the night to stand at 37. The major league record for most consecutive innings without an earned run is 59 by Orel Hershiser. (If you counted Hershiser’s post season stats it’s 67)
