Baby CJ is ok

Just got back today and with good news. CJ made it though surgery fine and after a day in the hospital recovering we were finally allowed to go home.
They say there shouldn’t be any lingering effects from the surgery and the kid is actually keeping food down and seems happy again so all seems well.

The last two days have been a tad hectic for us. About five days ago our son began vomiting after each feeding. The issue appeared to be getting better by Monday but later that night it happened again and into Tuesday morning.
According to the doctors at North Central Baptist Hospital he has Pyloric Stenosis. There [...]

Yesterday my wife Carrie gave birth to our first born. Weighing in at an impressive 8 lbs 4 ounces and 21 inches long he arrived at 5:53 Texas Time or 6:53 for those of ya’ll in the Eastern time zone.
