Horacio Ramirez gets a raise

Apparently even a 7.16 ERA can’t prevent you from getting a raise when it comes to arbitration.
The Seattle Mariners resigned the 28 year-old lefty to a $2.75 million dollar contract Friday. Ramirez started just 20 games last season posting a 8-7 record.
